- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Customer Service at BOA is outrageous! My biggest complaint about BOA is customer service and has been for years. I took the time to schedule an appointment via their internet site to avoid a long wait in the bank. Forget that idea because after waiting 10 minutes I asked why I was not given any precedence and they just told me the personnel were busy and there was nothing they could do about it--without even a "sorry."By Linda Lightfoot, August 25, 2017
